      Made an online order, for some reason it selected a pick up store that was not close to my home. Contacted selected store and was advised because part of the order wasn't shipped yet to get them to either cancel it and redo an order with correct store location or to simply update and change location itself. When I called the customer service line the lady I spoke with was very non-caring. She stated because it's been "sent to be packed" she can't do anything. And she kept repeating herself, sorry nothing can be done, sorry nothing can be done." I have a 3yo and 9mo and it isn't simple to just go places with them. So when I asked to speak with manager she placed me on a hold and came back saying manager was on a call can they call me back. I fail to see there is just 1 manager in the whole call centre she works at to help. Her attitude was beyond sub-par and if I had any control over it I'd suggest or demand she be retrained on customer service. Call happened on October 12 at 1:50pm. All I want is the delivery itself sent to the store close to me. If it was already in delivery I would completely understand..but it wasn't, it was "sent to be packed " it's ridiculous.

      Unfortunately, when an order is in the stage of "sent to be packed" we are unable to update or cancel it. We need to wait until the order ships out to the store to cancel it. In cases like this, we would need to replace the order and then cancel your original order as soon as it is possible. I am sorry that the agent you spoke to was not helpful and we will be reviewing the call to see how we can help the agent with future calls.
