      I am very disappointed with the customer service at Laura Secord on-line. I made a mistake in my order and forgot to put the Black Friday Code to get the discount before ordering. I realized immediately and emailed their customer service thinking they would be able to either cancel or edit the order so I could get the sale price. They were really very curt and completely unwilling to help. They insist orders cannot be changed *** * **** **** ** *** **** ******* ***** ********* *** *** **** ****** ** ******* ****** ***** *** ***** *** ***** ***** *** ***** ********** **** ********* **** ****** ******** *******. I guess their happiness guarantee means nothing.
