      The Company 'Champion Commercial Products Inc. located on Mississauga , Ontario contacted me in August of 2024 saying they were going to send me a free ******* canada jacket and continued to ask if our facility has exit signs and said they would also send us some lights to have in stock. Never once did they mention pricing and the conversation fully led me to believe that the lights, along with the jacket would be free. The rep I spoke to seemed to know a lot about the lights we had in the facility, and as a new facility manager I trusted him. The lights and the jacket arrived, along with an invoice (amount $834.67). We did end up paying it, even though the pricing was not discussed, and put the box aside. This company contacted us again, and this time said they would like to send us a $100 **** gift card and asked about our led lights. I didn't have answers to his questions about the lights and did not authorize for anything else to be sent, all I was expecting was the gift card. They called a 3rd time and was speaking with our assistant manager, and again started the conversation with wanted to send him a jacket with his favourite hockey team and asked him what his favourite team was. This rep then proceed to ask about led lighting and once again, framed the conversation as if they would be sending it for free. It was only when the assistant manager said they they can throw in whatever they want (because he was also led to believe it was all free) that the rep said, that there would be a cost. The assistant manager did not authorize anything and told them he would have to check into it. Today, October 18th, 2024, we received a box full of lights, that were not authorized, and an invoice for over $1,200. ** *** ** **** **** **** *** ***** ***** ******* ******* *** **** ** *** We ended up checking the lights from the first package in sept to see if they would be a match for what we have and they don't even match. We cannot use them and we've already paid the invoice

      ***** called our office October 30 , 2024. Our customer service person addressed the problem with ***** and made arrangements for the goods to be picked up.. She was told there is usually a 20 percent restocking fee but that we

      would not charge it. The goods were picked up, ***** also returned the promotional jacket. Everything has been credited back. We will be sending her a statement of account with all credits and a cheque for the paid invoice that

      was returned. 

      I believe we have done everything possible to deal with this customers complaint.

      We received a phone call and whoever called talked to someone in the office. At no time did this person order any items. We are a transportation provided. The product shipped was plugs and connectors. Total invoice $581.50. I called and told them we never ordered this product. They offered me a steep discount to keep it. I said no, we have no use for it and never ordered it. They said they would pick up. So 3 weeks pass and they call to say the product was not ready for return. It has been sitting on the front desk for pickup for a month. No answer at company now. * **** **** ******* ** **** *************  They send out unwanted product then ****** you into keeping it.
      I just left them a message saying the box would be in the trash if not picked up this week. We will see.

      ******** called our office October 3 stating there was a problem with the order. We arranged a pick up on the goods with ****** to *********'s attention.

      Goods were returned to us November 3, 2023 credit memo ****** was issued. A never resell has been put on the account. As far as we know all matters have been taken care of.

      The seller consistently calls my staff trying to sell lighting products. On multiple previous occasions in the past year I intercepted calls to my staff and instructed the sales rep not to call my staff again however they have not stopped. They sent our facility a shipment of Qty 36 T8 bulbs WITHOUT authorization or Purchase Order number, and later an invoice for $924.59. We are advising Champion Commercial Products Inc. to send a courier and pickup the unapproved shipment they sent to our facility. Ref. Invoice # ******. We've left multiple voicemails and their website or invoice does not currently identify a valid email address to contact them.

      We received an email from ***** informing us he did not want the goods on October 31, 2023. We responded and made arrangements to pick up our product. The goods were returned to us on November 7, 2023. A credit

      memo was issued #****** and a never resell was put on the account. I believe we have done everything possible to correct the matter.
