I bought the hp envy 6052e printer and had to go through their tech support to get it online - which took a long time - once this was done printer worked fine - until I changed internet providers - I then had to call tech support again and again long time to get online. I also signed up for their ink mailing program at $9.93 a month - this was fine until my credit card renewed and I forgot to send them the new card info - they suspended my printing until they got it - suspicious - yes! Then we moved and once again I had to contact tech to get online - my warranty was now done but they made an exception and helped me get online which took a full day - two weeks later we had a power outage and now I'm told no warranty we can't help on the online assistance which didn't help.. by now I am fed up so I cancelled my mailing program - they responded by saying that I cannot use the ink that I paid for through their program and must send it back to them - if I used it I would be charged on top of the fee they just charged. **** ******* ** * **** *** how they make this printer so difficult to get online without them is suspicious to say the least. ****** ** *** *** ** ** *** **** ** *** *** *** ******* ******** I now have to buy a new printer even though this one works fine just wont go online - I will never buy hp againHewlett Packard Canada

The printer isn’t disabled, it just will no longer work with the Instant Ink cartridges you were sent under the program’s terms and conditions. If you install non-Instant Ink cartridges, your printer will work as it’s intended to (barring any unknown hardware issues the printer may have).

Whoever designed the customer service at HP needs to go back to school and learn what a customer is and how to implement a system that helps when their system creates problems. I have ONLY ever purchased authentic HP toner for my printer and directly from HP and I get this message on my printer ' a problem has occurred with your HP account and you will be unable to print very soon unless the issue is resolved. Sign into your account.' I signed into my account and got nowhere. I have wasted at least 2 hours trying to fix a 'problem' that might imminently stop me from printing. I got an email with the name of the customer service rep on the case file plus the phone number to contact. I call the number and am told they have no way to forward calls to the person on the case, I have to wait for HP to call me back. What kind of customer service is this? NONE. Why anyone would buy one of their printers is beyond me. Oh, just had a thought I bought this printer from ******, maybe I can get them to get HP to deal with the potential issue. ****** ** ******* **** ******** ********Hewlett Packard Canada

1 starWorst customer service. Two inkjets did not work out of the box. Technical Support useless. Everyone from lowest to highest follows same unhelpful playbook. HP finally gave me a coupon to use in their online store for $250 on a $285 item. I chose a product for $249.99 but they would not accept. I had to purchase a $9.99 plus tax item to let HP accept coupon. This with Escalation Mgr. on the line. Spent in excess of 10 hours on phone to try and resolve a non functioning print head. Me under investigation. I am going to raise this with my credit card company for fraud. Cancelled this. Come to di f out they disabled the new printer cartridge that was sent to me because I cancelled. I tried to call and the number was bogus, and the chat people were no help at all. I had the great misfortune of ordering the All in One computer.in August of 2022, this was a NEW unit and not a refurb. About mid-September the computer completely gave up the ghost and customer support tried for about an hour to try to get the computer to begin working. Needless to say there was little that could be done, I waited three months for my computer because I was told that the computer needed a new motherboard, keep in mind that three months has already passed. They sent my computer back and it lasted all of a week before it gave up the ghost again. Again a call to tech support with the same results as above, the computer was back in the shop getting warranty work, again, Again this took three months before my computer was returned to me, but this time I had spoken with a representative who, I thought could get something done for me. He apologized to me for having to wait six months for my computer, finally someone is going to do things. Well he did...he sent me another computer, not a new one like my other computer this one was a refurb. I was pleasantly disappointed when I saw that the computer was a refurb, but once I got it unpacked and set up, this was a bad refurb because parts were well worn on the feet and the monitor was scratched, but the worst thing was the fact when i got the unit set up and plugged in, it DID NOT power up, another call to tech support. As you may have guessed lt didn't power up the way it was supposed to. That call to tech support resulted in me having to wait probably until Monday or Tuesday for the materials to arrive in order to sent the unit back, AGAIN. At this point I want one of two things, either fully refund my cost for the computer or send me a completely NEW IN BOX unit. Great Headset Not so Great Customer Care
The Headset is great, or should I say was great when it worked, but the customer service is the worst, When I called HP to exchange the defective 6M cable, my Reverb G2 was still under warranty, nothing got resolved, never got the 6M cable, and the warranty ran out. That's 1 year of trying to no avail. So I basically have a HP $1000 product which has been collecting dust since. HP doesn't care about their customers but they do love the money. They don't even answer your emails. * ***** ** *** *** ******* ***** *** ******** **** ** ****** All that because of a cable, HP did you get that? A 6M Cable that I was even ready to pay for, but they said it's unavailable for me to buy but it was for new customers and businesses. *** ***** ********* P.S. 1 starI bought theHewlet Packard laser printer jet M139we online .It worked for one month and then stopped. I have spent hours online tech support chats and phone calls each time getting disconnected after the support was unable to fix the problem. They gave me a number to file for refund only to get disconnected there when I asked for money back. Then I was told tech support was where to ask for refund and finally that there would be no refund from them. I had to go back to online company. the printer is still within warranty but the online company date for return has passed by two days. This was a total waste of both my hard earned cash and my time. 1 starI ordered HP Monitor order # *********** Order date # 19/08/2022 but received no Email acknowledgement at all from HP. I called HP CONTACT # and they could also trace the order details. Then I ordered the same HP Monitor again on August 22, 2022 but on the same day afternoon received the previous order placed on August 19th, 2022 . Now MY CREDIT card HAS BEEN CHARGED TWO TIMES AND HAVE RECEIVED TWO MONITORS . I have called 3 times for the return label for HP Monitor order # *********** Order date # 19/08/202 and escalated the issue but am still waiting for the return label. HP order and return department services are **** ************** *** causing stress and financial difficulty for customers.
