    We signed ******** Contract for 3 years and nobody contact us upon renewal. When I sent them email regarding my cancellation as i got better quote from another carrier. Now, they want us to pay for whole year as a penalty which is Approximately $2900 but i never received any paperwork regarding my renewal that this will be the price for your renewal.

    Please note that on May 12th, 2022, we informed the customer that their Wireless service agreement is on contract until August 2022. We also offered faster speed or a better price to suit their business needs; however, they never responded back; therefore, the contract was renewed, which is clearly stated in our Terms of Use. The customer has the choice to either use our service until the end of their Wireless service agreement or cancel & buy out the contract. ****** **** ******** their signed agreement along with our Terms of Use which they received as well, when signing up with ICA. The customer did not cancel in a timely manner. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I am attaching the email conversation which clearly states that I asked them about my renewal date. they never informed me. when I ask them that why they did not send us paperwork, they told me that we have to look for paperwork in our storage because they were not sure whether they sent us paperwork or not.

    I have attached email conversation with randy. Let me know if you need more information as i never signed on terms and condition page.

    There is no paperwork for auto renewals since that is purpose of auto renewals, for the customers convenience to eliminate the unnecessary
    paperwork and have the service and billing smoothly carried forward, as we only provide services on a yearly basis. If the customer does not want the service to carry forward, the cancellation procedure is very simple- all the customer has to do is send in a cancellation request in writing 60 days prior to the renewal date. This is all clearly stated in their contract. Please note that it is the customer's obligation to keep track
    of their renewal dates and to review their contract periodically. The customer did not cancel in time and the contract was renewed.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Why they said in previous response that they advise us better rates in email prior to renewal. They never like to response us regarding cancelation, why there is no paperwork regarding renewal as I am not new to Canada. I am here from 20 years, and I am getting renewal paperwork for everything like my insurance, my bank accounts etc. This is their responsibility to provide paperwork upon renewal. If i want to cancel then why they are asking me to pay for whole year as a penalty.

    We advised him of his renewal date well in advance and he cancelled his service well after his renewal date.

    Our contract terms has an automatic renewal clause in it, as does all major internet providers. He accepted our Terms and Conditions when he signed up with us.
