      I'm just curious how I get a text from Richard the finance manager about getting me into a cheap used suv with a bad credit rating and an hour and a half later I'm in a consumer proposal meeting from his contact info.

      I have a 2016 ***** ******* I was told by another dealer that did a appraisal on the van my loan is way more than the van is worth so I still owe on my loan $25000 the after paying for almost a year I can’t even trade it in because the van isn’t worth much at all this ***** never misses any payments either and inquiries they have on my credit report from approval genie are at least 25 that they did because of this I can’t get a loan to get another vehicle I think approval genie should take it back and give a vehicle and besides they said they put a new bumper on because they said finance company said so they didn’t they only spray painted it now the paint is peeling off and back bumper has damage also when I got what it was changed over that’s when they told me they replaced the bumper which they didn’t and further more I had issues with it after I got it them 3 times to try to fix the problem I need help to do something about this I pay my payments on time so I am at fault here if I have to I will also contact my finance company Monday and let them what kind of vehicle they stuck me with and **** to me

We would NEVER threaten or harass our clientele in any way - our thousands of glowing reviews prove this. We also believe in total transparency, and never pressure our customers to finance any vehicle without full disclosure and explanation of financing terms. We ask that you provide proof of the threats and/or questionable conduct from our team. In addition, we would never withhold an existing license plate from a client. This is illegal. Please remove your review, as we believe you were simply acting out of disdain because of your limited financing options.

Bought a 2016 **** ***** 4x4 and was delivered a **** ***** rear wheel drive. Approval Genie guaranteed that they would fix the problem but instead turn the tables and told me I had agreed to the vehicle that was delivered. Vehicle was delivered damaged and deliver left with the keys leaving me to wait for 10 days to have keys return to me. I am now left with a finance company trying to collect money because of approval genies dishonesty. All documentation *** ** ***** were provided to the company in good faith but now I have received papers that say the opposite.

After signing with no documents to show, that was the beginning of my turmoil. I didn’t test drive the car or see the car and I was never told the full cost or was a former rental in QC. They got a loan on me and when I said I couldn’t afford and they should pls cancel my ordeal started. * ****** ** *** ******* ******* ***** *** **** ********* * ***** ******* **** **** **** ****** ** ******** ***** *** * ******** *** **** *** ****** ** ********* ** * **** ** **** ** * **** ** ****** ** **** *** *** *** **** *********. I was able to show proof and documents and his hand was forced to return the loan ** ****** **** ** ******. The only money he got was my deposit.       Good morning l just wanted to talk to a person about an issue that has been going on since February. In December we decided to look for a bigger car than the ****** ***** that we had because our daughter was expecting and needed more room for car seats. We went to meet with Steve in Hamilton and he took our details and then called us end of January to come choose the car we wanted. We went there and he had no car to show us but showed us a **** ****** and l had specifically said it must have a sunroof and it was indeed a **** ****** and told us he was going to do the papers and that if the paperwork was done there was no backing out. I am sure you have cameras in the buildings you could go back and check. He never showed us the car live and he said the car was too far away for us to go and test drive it. * ***** **** **** ******* ***** ****** *** ************* ** ******** ** **** ****** when l went to pick up the car it did not look like a **** ****** l drove and went home to show my husband. We tried putting in the car seats and even one suitcase would not fit in that car its too small and my husband told me this is not the car that we chose its not even a **** ******. Unfortunately l fell sick and was in hospital for that week and when l came out l contacted Steve becoz my husband struggles to express himself in english. I contacted him and he was not even ashamed that he had duped us l told him l want the car he showed us and l would never buy such a small car **** * ** **** *** he refused to switch the car and blamed us for signing paperwork without seeing the car. I tried several times to talk to him and he became ********* **** and gave us his manager s number 4 weeks after we purchased the car. This manager Dale is a bad character to be running this company its going to be ruined by lawsuits he does not think before he yells at a person over the phone. I then went home and was venting **** *** ******

      I recently purchase a used beautiful 2015 ****** ********** from Approval Genie. There we some issues that were out of their control before delivery, but our sales person and his team handled it like true professionals. Any future vehicle purchases for me or my family will always go through these guys! Great job...

      ******* *** *** **** ** ********* **** *** ** ***** ***** * ***** ** ********* I think the smelled the desperation on me when I went in. I was totally blindsided I was told I was approved for a loan didn’t say how much or how much payment was. I got home and had buyers remorse so I asked them to cancel I thought it was weird I didn’t test drive as I was told **** **** was coming from Montreal. I have exhausted all avenues in trying to get loan cancellation letter sent I even emailed the bank. To my surprise it was a loan for 60 thousand dollars on my credit report I would never have gotten into it had it been explained. I’m a single mother I just needed a 15 thousand dollar car. I have never been so disappointed with a company. They got the loan released to them I didn’t pick up the car as I’m not sure if once I have it in my possession they will take the precaution required to cancel. I’m so devastated this has affected my life and health so badly. Dec 2022. The candy coated chit chat went awry and I know I would never have been able to get out of it. No transparency **** ***** ****** ******* *** ***** ** ** **** *** * ** **** **** So stressful but I’m not giving up. Approval genie really is not a place i even want to walk by.
