**** ******* *** ********* ****** ***** **** I reached out to the Helping to Reconnect for my daughter to have psycho therapy. Monica Bhullar responded. Monica is requesting pre-paid session which is fine but I requested the invoice as HST is involved and they keep demanding payment but can not provide the invoice for it. I have emails and recorded phone call about me explaining they still do not want to provide invoice but kept pushing to pay it as they are private practice. They do not provide invoices as it needs to be full rate, since day one she old me her charges are 110.00 plus HST never she mentioned any other amount to me over the phone call which is also recorded. Invoice request for any transaction is my consumer right, and Monica violates it. *** **** ** * *** **** ******* ****** **** *** **** *** ********* **** *** **** ** ******* ** ** ******** ****** *** ******** *** **** ** *** ************** ** ********

In any therapy practice payment needs to be made before a receipt is provided otherwise insurance fraud can be committed. We are obliged by insurance companies to receive payment before providing receipts to clients, as they could submit the receipt to their insurance company even if they have not paid for the service. Hence payment for the service needs to be provided before a receipt is given.

I informed them i do not have insurance. I am paying my self. They are also charging HST and yet again they can not provide invoice. Providing invoices doesnt mean its paid it mean invoice is generated. Requested their tharapist license number which they also refused.
