      **** ** * ******* ******** I ordered a pair of shoes from the UK. This company was handling the shipping/customs/duty/brokerage fee. I paid them my customs fee as well as their service charge(s) only to find out the shoes had been returned to the UK and seller had provided me a refund for the shoes. Skynet did not provide me with any service nor did they clear my purchase through customs. They did not tell me my package had been returned. They wasted a significant amount of time emailing back and forth with me - requesting all sorts of postal information from the seller I had to obtain - only to tell me they were not going to refund me. It appeared they had no idea how to handle the situation or were just doing anything possible to avoid refunding me. At this point I tried to do a transaction dispute through my credit card provider only to be advised too much time had passed to dispute the transaction.

      I have ******** a copy of all correspondence with Skynet trying to rectify the situation/get a refund. I have ******** proof of service purchase with Skynet. I have ******** proof my item had been returned to the seller/UK. I have ******** of all correspondence with the merchant to provide all the proof Skynet required to give me a refund - was never good enough. All info was forward to Skynet. ******** *** **** **** *** ************** **** ** **** ** ** ******* *** * ****** **** *********** ******** ** ** ******. All I want is a refund.
