    ******** ****** ****** has dealt with this PPE Supplier, First Nations Goods Inc ("the supplier"), since the beginning of the Pandemic. However, the supplier began to send ******** ****** ****** PPE products without any requests or orders being made. We [******** ****** ******] informed the supplier multiple times that we were not continuing business with them as we had no further need for their product. We also sent all product that was not requested back to the supplier. We also communicated with them that we were sending their product back because we had no further need for it. We were assured by a representative of the company that the supplier would write off our invoices once all the product had been sent back to them. However, despite these efforts, we continued to receive invoices from the supplier demanding payment for the product. We continued to try to communicate with the supplier stating that we were receiving invoices for packages we never requested. However, the phone numbers that we were provided by representatives of the company to inquire about these unrequested orders were never in service. We believe that we have attempted to make sufficient contact with the supplier over a long period of time to stop these unrequested orders and order invoices from being sent to us. Therefore, we ask that these unrequested order invoices and demands for payments cease immediately.

    First Nations Good inc sent us two shipments of goods that we did not order.
    When we called to ask about the first shipment, we were told that a previous Chief ordered and that everything was all paid for. We received an invoice after that for $7000+
    We received a second order of merchandise that we did not order, I've asked everyone in my organization
    if anyone had placed an order, no one did - My employer *** ***** ** ********* advised me that he did not place any orders. We are sending this shipment back and advising them to not contact our organization ever again.
    When one of their representatives talked to my receptionist, they were rude *** ****** *** ** ***** ****** **** *** ********* ******* ** **** *********
