    I paid a hefty fee for my DNA screening, sent a kit as instructed. I didn't hear back from the company for months...then when I finally followed up they advised me that the test didn't work. ** ***** **** ******** **** ***. They then asked me to pay another fee for an additional kit. Customer service team was horrible to deal with including long email response times and incomplete answers. **** *** ***** ******* ** **** *****

    In my account, my status went from test received to processing test and never went any further. It has been months of trying to get a new test sent to me since it is obvious that they received it and have lost it. Each time someone finally answers, I am told that the case is under review. I was also told I would be charged another hundred dollars for a new test kit to be sent to me. I have a screenshot of my account showing that my kit is being processed and no results. It has now been four months and the company and Customer service continues to give me the runaround.

    I bought the stand-alone DNA test and reports without the added cost of the personal coaching they offer. However, the reports are so comprehensive and useful! In addition, *** ******** Kash K. has ongoing webinars that explore many of the DNA questions that I have had so far.
    I am very happy with my reports and what I have learned from them. I have recommended them to many of my friends.

    I was charged $46 duty for the kit by CBSA at my local Canada Post outlet after a long delay in receiving it (plus no shipping tracking offered by the DNA company). Company was advertised as Canadian, however kit was shipped from California. Minimal instructions provided inside the kit re: sample collection and no information on where to ship the sample for analysis (not even a return address label), so I’m awaiting a response from customer service. Finally, there is no option to obtain a refund after kit leaves their warehouse, yet it appears the kit wasn’t shipped until after I requested the refund since I waited 3 weeks for delivery. * ****** ********** *** *** **** *******

    I got a lot of what seems to be useful information from this company's 360 test. I was able to navigate and understand it all pretty well with the help of the tools on their website, and I put some of it into action. I'm not sure that it's changed anything though. I was definitely interested in a deeper dive with their more expensive programs, but the lack of recent general customer reviews, as well as no reviews at all of the comprehensive programs, at least that I could find, ****** ** *********. I'll check in from time to time to see if that changes, but until then I won't be confident that it would be a good investment. I like idea of what this company offers, *** ** ***** ** *** **** ** ** *****

    * **** ********** **** **** ******* ** * ***** On their website they have an address that is Oakville and Missisauga yet I got charged by customs upon delivery of my kit. I tried to send back the kit and they said I have to figure out my own ways to ship it back. No transparency about there shipping label not working for Canadian customers. I tried to get customer service to help me so many times and no one is on the same page and will not help.
