      The lady that was taking my measurement used a white tailor chalk to mark the measurements on the dress at the bottom for where to hem. I was told that I could come and pick up the dress on Friday, July 8th after work. However, I could not make it to pick up the dress so I went on Saturday, July 9th. Nonetheless, the dress was not ready as the owner, Paul had said “we were working late last night to get the dress done and when we went to iron the dress, the chalk left the wax stain. Never in my 7 years have I encountered a material that has done this.” *** **** *** ** ***** *** ***** ** ***** *** ** **** ***** *** ***** *** *** ******* *** ** ** ****** *** *** ** **** ****** ** *** **** **** ******* ** ********* ****** **** ******* ** ***** ** ******** *** ***** ******* ******* *** **** *** ** ******** ******* *** **** ** ******* *** **** ** *** **** ** ** ***** ****** I had no choice but to let him take the dress to the dry cleaner as my flight was less than a week away and I needed the dress for it. He promised it would be ready in perfect condition on Monday, July 11. I went after work on Monday to pick up the dress only to find a new stain on it. It appears to be a stain from an iron or an object with tiny holes that left dark marks on my dress at the bottom. Paul chose not to come in to the store that day ** *** ************ *** **** **** ***** ********* *** *** **** ** ******* I told her about the stain and told her that she can even take pictures to show Paul *** *** *** *** ***** I told her that based on the website and ‘quality service’ promised on their website I had selected their business and she said nothing. I asked her to call Paul to see what he can do about the new stain he made on the dress but she kept insisting that he wouldn’t answer. However, when he did answer, she went to the back to talk to him and came back out saying he can take it back to the same cleaners which ruined my dress.

      I went to top hat cleaners Winston Churchill and Derry to get 2 off my outfits dry cleaned and when I went to pick it up both of them have been damaged by them. I called and the owner took no responsibility and told me I can go to court. The time I gave my outfits they said they would charge me more as it has sequins on it I agreed and my cream outfit is now ombré and the other outfit as well. The owner wa s yelling at me on the phone and then closed the phone on me. My outfits were expensive and he is taking no responsibility.
