    * ***** ** ***** ** * ****** *** ********** ****** I was scheduled to come in today at 11:30am for the first time at this facility for my initial intake screening. I had already been prescreened over the phone and confirmed eligible for this particular study. They even called me on Monday AND emailed me to make sure I was coming in today at 11:30am. I even took an **** to ensure I would get there ON TIME. Well, what actually happened when I arrived? I was told they just called me to cancel because they were “overbooked”. ****** I’ve NEVER heard of this happening at a clinical study screening before!!! ********** ** ** ** ******* *********** * ********** They said someone would call me to re-book for November 12. You have to understand that they had already booked me to come in today, then do the actual clinical study on November 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. I cleared my schedule, moved things around, cancelled appts to ENSURE THAT I WOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR THE ENTIRE TIME REQUIRED TO BE AVAILABLE!!!!!!!! I lost $13 to get there on time in an **** and this is what happened. ****** ** ******* ******** ** * ***** **** ** *** **** **** ***** ***** ****** ** ****
