    At a rental property we had set up an arrangement that when the tenants turn off their account that the power account automatically transfers to us. They did not transfer the account to us! We have a pending sale of the house and the buyers were attempting a home inspection in the early evening on Friday, but there is no power. They cannot complete the inspection. We called Alectra and they are closed until Monday. The only emergency/after hours number is for a different city and they cannot help us. They gave us a different emergency number. THIS number was not answered. We called again and waited a while to speak to someone. He was willing to help us, but told us that their cut off for service had just expired--after we had been trying to contact them for 45 minutes. (the operator there said he has not had any calls so far today--maybe because nobody knows how to access the number). The home inspector has left. I hope they return--as the inspection was a condition of the sale. SO VERY FRUSTRATING. You need to update your website to have location specific numbers available. And have your phone staff know the other numbers people should be sent to.
