    i bought a scooter in december of 2023 i believe that the product is defective cause in less than a week of first use .it broke down and in less than a year it broke down four times i call each time and as from the last breakdown .they wanted to do a full diagnosis now want me to pay for a new battery which is still months old and barely been used i recieved a recent email threatening to send my scooter to recycling if i did not pickup the unrepaired scooter

    We’re sad to see your review even after providing so many exceptions on your order. We truly value your trust in our products and have always strived to provide you with the best possible support. We’d like to take this opportunity to address your concerns and provide clarity regarding the extensive assistance we’ve provided.
    You purchased an eScooter on November 28, 2023, that comes with a 90-day warranty that concluded on 28 February 2024. Despite being outside the warranty period, we have gone to great lengths to help resolve the issues you encountered. In July, when you reported loose, hanging wires and the E3 error occurred, we repaired it at no cost to you. Again, in September, when the E3 error resurfaced, we made another exception and resolved it without any charges. In October, we stepped in again to fix an E5 error, continuing to extend our support far beyond the warranty terms. Finally, on October 24, after evaluating the scooter, we are afraid to inform you that the Scooter was very poorly maintained and we cannot make any more exceptions further.
    Please understand that every repair we performed was a goodwill gesture to support you, even though these services were outside the scope of your warranty coverage. We’ve made numerous exceptions because we genuinely care about our customers and wanted to ensure you had a positive experience with us. However, proper maintenance is essential for the longevity of any product.
    Also, please note once the diagnosis is completed we expect the customers to pick up their belongings within 5 business days as we cannot store customer’s belongings at our Warehouse.
