    Adding more information - had an electrician come out to review the work that was done. They indicated that this is some of the worst work they have seen;

    - Old breakers when they should have been new
    - Old wired when they should have been new
    - Terrible wire planning
    - ****** **** ** ************* ********** *** *** ***** * ** ******* ** *** *** ***** *** *** *** ****
    - Overloaded circuits throughout the house

I have also filed a complaint on his electrical license with the ESA.

    Thanks,

    *******

    Hi,

We did the electrical work as per our quote/scope of work and passed the rough-in inspection by ESA. Afterword we installed the devices and make our work READY for FINAL Electrical Inspection but:

    1. The home owner ( ******* ********) allowing several contractors to alter electrical wiring, such as, under cabinet lights by millwork contractor, pool, shed by unlicensed individuals,  patio and outdoor electrical by landscaping contractor etc.

    2. The home owner intimidating us to remove the Arc fault breakers due to tripping of his washing machines. We have told him that it is illegal to do so, and we offered to replace existing new Arc fault breakers to same new Arc fault breakers. The home owner has been insisting us to remove the Arc fault breakers and install simple breakers after the ESA inspection is done or otherwise, he would bring another electrician to do this task for him. (******* ******** ********).

    3. The home owner allowing other electrician to work without obtaining permit and to alter our wiring while my permit was still open. (***** ** ******* ********)

    4. Moreover, ******* ******** has an outstanding balance of $6330.

In this contest we warned the owner many times to avoid such interference by other UNAUTHORIED people/tradesmen in our Electrical Work but owner did not act upon our Warning/advise. Despite our several warnings the home-owner did the above-mentioned ******** alterations in my work by unauthorized people which is a SERIOUS VIOLATION of Ontario Electrical Safety Codes. Consequently, we have to REVOKE our Electrical Permit and reported the matter to ESA (Electrical Safety Authority) to act accordingly as per prevailing rules.

Therefore, we request that complaint of Consumer may please be considered as unjustified and urge upon him to pay our outstanding balance of $6330.00 as soon as possible.

    Thanks,

    Qaiser B.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

    It is simply untrue.

1 - electrical work was performed in the pool shed by a licensed electrician. This had to happen because this company did not know how to do it.

    2. I have had the ESA on site to inspect this work done by this company multiple violations.

    3. I have multiple witnesses from every trade indicating that the electricians hired did not know what they were doing. As a home owner I can have any licensed electrician perform work at anytime on my home  especially if the work being done is unsatisfactory

    4. I don’t owe this person anything. They have been paid in full and I have complete documentation for all payments and invoices on record.

I will be sending them the invoice from the new electricians that have fixed the work.

    Sincerely,

    Complaint ID# ********

    Hi there,

We reject the all accusations of ******* ******** since they are untrue.

    1. It is unfortunate that the home owner doesn't know the difference between having licensed electrician and the electrical work done by obtaining an ESA permit. Any licensed electrician is allowed to perform work with valid ESA permit but if the permit is not obtained any work done is not validated, hence, illegal. The electricians worked at claimant's property did not obtain valid ESA permit as confirmed by ESA. We are the only company who obtained the ESA permit.

    2. The home owner did not obtain any kind of permit (from city) for the entire renovation , structural change,  plumbing and HVAC etc.

3 . The shed wiring is done by so called licensed electrician, whereas, they installed the shed scones lights (outdoor) directly over the wooden shed without any electrical box installed, which is electrical and fire hazard. We refused to work at the pool shed because the home owner wanted to get the work for free.

    4. Our wiring is proudly passed by the ESA and the record of it can be obtained from ESA. Any violation of electrical code that the home owner is claiming (if there is) at the site would surely be the result of home owner's other tradesman interfering into the electrical wiring such as millworker, land scape contractor and their so called "licensed electricians " all of them have been interfering in our wiring ,which, resulted us revoking the ESA permit.

    5. The home owner was offered several times to have the issues resolved (if there is any) within reasonable and legal parameters. The home owner wanted us to practice illegal means to get his issues resolved that we denied.

    6. We would like to see the payment record that the home owner is claiming. We have not been paid and there is $6330 still pending. We demand the balance to be paid in full.

    7. We reject all the invoices and claims of violations by the home owner, since the job done by us is under the electrical safety authority permit and certified by the authority.

We request that BBB dismiss the case of ******* ********. We are no longer interested to reply the home owner.
