On July 20 a man named Logan came to my door late at night asking if I needed insulation in my attic. My house is cold so I had them look at my attic and sure enough I was told I needed insulation he did have his camera and showed me. I was told this insulation would cost $5178 and a guaranteed 2500 rebate from the government. I was also told an inspector would come to guarantee that 22inches put in my attic insulation. To date I have not received 2500 rebate, my house is cold and hydro bills are up after I did this insulation. I have had different men come to my house asking for payment and Logan num *** *** **** can't be reached, or the companies num *** *** ***** ***********. The only person I spoke to is a James in finance **** *** **** I talked to him on Nov 14 at 1:20 asking about the rebate and ** *** ** ******* ** I cannot get a hold of anyone. He told me he would have one or the two owners call me. What I'm looking for is 2500 rebate I was told guaranteed I would get, an inspector to make sure insulation is properly installed. My house is still cold which they said it would not be with insulation and my hydro bills are up which I was told would be reduced.
