    *** ***** ** **** ********* ****** ****** ** ** ********* ** ******* ****** ************* ****** Prior to my arrival to our organization in January 2023, **** conducted multiple years of inspections of our rock climbing wall. He conducted an inspection in 2021 and provided us with a report. In 2022 he conducted an inspection and we never received a report. While we did take longer to follow up regarding the report, it still was never sent to us. We paid **** for his services in full. To date we have not received a report. I connected with **** via email on May 24, 2023 kindly asking to come and conduct another inspection despite not receiving the 2022 report. ****** responses were simply that the equipment was not safe, and that he would not do an inspection. When I asked for the 2022 report, he said he would need to look for it on his computer. Following up twice since initially reaching out to him, he provided further excuses for being unable to send the report. **** claims that the report was "sent and received" but I have no record of this, and our records are very organized. We keep everything on paper and digitally. When I reached out yesterday to follow up, he responded **** ** ********** ********** *** ************** ***** ****** ** **** *********:

    "This is my last email to you.
    Do not reply, you are now blocked.
    Your fires are not mine.
    Report was sent and received.

    Climb the wall or dont.
    Get another inspection by another company or dont.

    ***** **** ****** ****** ** ****** ***** ******* **** ***** ** ** ** ******* *** *** ** ******* ******** ** **** ******  I was only kind in my communications with ****, and was also patient in giving him time to sent the report (over 2 weeks). *** ******** ** *** ********** **** **** ** *** *********** **** ***** ******* **** ********* *** **** **** ** *********  Either way, he needs to provide this report as we paid for his services.
