    Sam from Entrypoint Doors and Windows installed custom made front doors for us in November 2021. In October 2022, we noticed that there was a crack in one of the doors and that the molding was coming off. In addition, the lock did not close properly. I texted him on his cell phone at *** *** **** on October 11, 2022 and asked him if he could come have a look at it. He answered me saying that he was out of the country *** *** ***** *******, but asked me to send a picture. I texted him 2 photos - one of the crack in the door and another of the molding which was coming off - the same day and asked him when he would be back. He said that he did not know. I did not hear anything further from him so I texted him again on October 15, asking him if he could have someone else from his company come look at our door ** ** **** ******* ***** the lock not closely properly. There was no response.
    On December 9 - after not hearing back from Sam - I texted him again and told him that I would give him until 9:00 a.m. on Monday, December 12, 2022 to respond, ******* ***** * ***** **** ** ****** *** ** ******* *** ****** ******** *******  I did not receive a response.
