    ** *** *** ***** * Worst Shipping Experience of My Life
    I shipped two barrels with Qtrex to St. Kitts back in November, and was told the shipment would take only three weeks. **** *** * ******** **** It is now April, and my family just received the barrels last week — after months of false promises and endless stress.
    ***** *** ************ ****** Every single weekend, they told me, “The barrels will arrive next week,” “Just wait a few more days,” and so on. I stayed patient for months, but it became clear this wasn’t just poor service — it was intentional *********.
    The truth? My barrels had actually arrived in St. Kitts weeks ago, but my family couldn’t pick them up because ***** **** ***** ** *** ******** ***** ******** ***** ******** ***** ***** **** **** **** ***** the barrels were being withheld.
    *** ****** ******** **** ********* ***** ********* **** **** * ****** ********** **** ***** ******* ****** *** ***** ** **** leaving customers stranded and frustrated.

    Qtrex rarely answers calls, dodges accountability, gives a different excuse every week, and acts ********** when questioned. **** **** **** ***** ********* *** *** **** ** *******
    This experience has been ******** *** *********** draining. I will never use Qtrex again *** **** ****** *********** **** ** **** *** ****. ***** ***** ****** *** *** ***** months of stress, ***** *** **********. **** *** ********* **** **** **** *** ******* ***** ***** ***** ** *** ******

    We are an NVOCC operator and have very little control of CBSA examinations. We are one of the few shipping to St Kitts. Our Shipping waybill was designed with help from a lawyer. It specifically states that we are not responsible for delays. If we amend that waybill to satisfy everyone affected by delays, we will be out of business. We use *** Shipping Lines, ******* and ******** Shipping Lines. ***** *** ******* *********** ** *** ** ***** ***** ************ *** ****** * In good faith, we offered to ship a barrel for free for Mr *****. Thanks.

    After having my crate on hold(over three weeks now) due to lack of payment on there side.....I was threatened by the owner that he will be holding my crate longer.
    Luckily I recorder the call and will be making an official report.
    It has now been almost 3 months since my shipment has left Canada
    And been in Jamaica for 3 weeks now and unable to be cleared because he doesn't want to pay for some expenses of his container which he disclosed to me...which I also recorded ?? ??
    If my shipment is not cleared I will be on every social media platform informing of my bad experience...
    The Owner is trying to be a ***** about not doing his duty

    Please be accurate with your Social Media comments. Lawsuits will follow for defamation. You paid $200 for a shipment worth $420.00. That act of generosity was reversed. Your shipment was inside of a container inspected by CBSA. Total inspection charge is $2000 Usd. We have to recover some of the costs. Please send the $220 ASAP. Failure will result in storage charges in Jamaica. Charges that we have zero control of. Thanks.

    Not impressed at all, very sad situation I had qtrex international came to my house to pick up my items / a large barrel and a refrigerator on July 30th 2023, i was told that the shipment would be leaving canada to jamaica the following Tuesday which would be August 1st 2023... and it would take 3 weeks to get to its destination ******* *** jamaica... well its been 4 months and 3 weeks and i still haven't received my items I've been calling the the qtrex office for months and no one in the office including the owner can't tell me where's my refrigerator or my barrel ive been calling everyday they put me on hold then the phone gets cut off sometimes they tell me oh we can't get the jamaica office i will be getting a call back from the office, i never received a call back this has been going on for months im tired of this, it cost me 520 for shipping plus the value of the items are over 10k i need answers someone needs to be held accountable for this ... QTREX I NEED ANSWERS ASAP.

    Do you recall that we hired a Collection Agency to get payments ? *** *** *** ***** **** ** ****** **** ****** ******* ** **** ******** ******** * **** ****** ****** ***** *** ****** **** ****** ************ ********** *** **** ***** **** *** **** ** **** *** ***** **** ***** **** *** ********** ** ****** ********* *** *** ** *** ***** * We finally received payment in Guyana from the receiver of the first batch of products.

    I am not impressed. This is the first time I have ever shipped anything and the recipient still hasn’t gotten the item yet. Cause Qtrex failed to pay charges so the shipment has not been released on the receiving end.
