    Company seems to be failing. No responses to any calls or emails, and key employees have "suddenly" retired or been terminated. Worst customer service ever. I'm so disappointed.....

    Our company entered into a contact with this company on 1/5/2023, paid them their required amount of $4,750 for custom promotional visa gift cards, and never ended up receiving them despite providing them with all documents needed, payments required, and approvals. As per the terms of the contract, we provided a written notice to terminate on 9/8/23. On 9/11/23, we received an acknowledgement and advised we would receive our requested refund of funds paid in 60-90 days. That period expired 1/24/24 and we still had not received a refund. We sent follow up emails on 1/25/24, 2/2/24, 2/6/24, 2/15/24, and the last one on 2/16/24, which also included the CEO and President who were looped into the email by another TruCash employee. To date, no response and no refund. In essence they were paid and provided no service.

    The cards you received from our former client are being address with our legal and executive team. During this time the cards are not active and will be pending until an agreement can be reached. This is a long process. However the program had concluded well over 2 years ago and the cards were working up until just over a year ago. The distribution from our client ceased without notice of termination of their program. Once there has been an agreement those cardholders that have reached out will be updated with next steps.
