    Contacted them to ask them to do a job and they agreed to come out and have a look. 19 minutes before they were supposed to show up, they called us to tell us they “don’t have anyone qualified to do the job” *** ** ***** **** **** ***** *** This was after we wasted days waiting for them when we need the work done. ********* ***************

    The representative had attended the property and taken photos of your request from Mr.*****. The work that was required was in an extremely dangerous area of the home directly beside and attached to hydro lines. We will not put any of our workers lives at risk. Unfortunately, we have disappointed you a prospective customer in the process. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

    Wouldn’t it have been nice if that was what had been communicated to us instead of “no one is available” at the last minute. All good though, we were able to find professionals to come and fix it.

    I was connected to this business through *********. They were great at booking a salesperson to come out to Guelph and quote the job.
    However, the demo/sales pitch was way over-the-top for gutter-guards - including an extensive/detailed slide-deck/Power-Point type thing. The quote was 3x more than the other highest-price competitor (and I've had 5-6 quotes done). And I couldn't get the sales lady out of my kitchen. After I said "no" numerous times, she kept repeatedly going back to her sales pitch and showing me the samples - which I was adamantly not interested in, at that point.
    It's just left an overall bad taste in my mouth.
    I'm sure they do a great job, but it's 6x my budgeted amount..
    "We do install the other type of gutter-guards you're talking about [ie. the cheaper option] but we definitely don't recommend them." Sigh.
