    READ THE CONTRACT PRIOR TO SIGNING. Just in the process of terminating my contract. $500.00 cancellation fee. An additional $800.00 hardware lease cancellation fee. Please stay clear of First Data / ****** POS.

    **** ** * ******** ******** ** *** *** ***** **** **** ** * ****** ** ****** ******** ******* **** **** ** ** ***** ***** ***** Was told there would be only $10/month in fees plus buying the POS device for $800. Get the device and it doesn't even have POS software on it, find out to get the software it's another $10/month. Stupidly I paid that to get a working device and then find out the software doesn't have all the features which would cost an additional monthly charge to get those features. Found out the online sales that I was told I could do has an additional fee I was not told about. Then I'm told to cancel because of their ***** fee structure. they want to charge me $500... **** **** **** **** ******* ** *** *****. Their customer service is horrible and I have been trying to deal with them for months and keep getting told they would call me back. I haven't used the system at all, not a single sale put through, I just want my money back for the device **** * *** **** ** *****.
