    I ordered The Super Patch pain patches from a friend who sells for this MLM organization. It was recommended that I also purchase another patch to "boost" the effectiveness of the pain relief. Reluctantly, because they are pricey, I did order a 30-day supply of both patches on an auto-ship subscription basis. I deal with chronic pain and she had told me about great results, so I was very hopeful for some relief. Mid-month, she recommended that I add a couple of other patches for effectiveness since I was not experiencing any relief. I also felt that they did not stay in place very well and it was a challenge to have to move two patches to new places each day. I did not order the additional patches that she recommended. After 30 days of faithfully using the two initial patches ordered and achieving zero results, I decided to cancel the subscription for auto-ship and request a refund for the unused/unopened 2nd shipment, according to their website claims of a money-back guarantee. I did this on September 6th, 2024. They did respond to my email request the same day but their procedure is cumbersome and lengthy. They include statements like, "Please do not return the product until you receive an RMA number from the Returns Department." and "Please note sending duplicate emails may result in a delay of processing the request." As of 10/3/2024, I have received no further communication from them, no RMA number, and no refund.
