  Dear Sir/Madame,
  Re: Insulation material and Pests infestations.
  We are writing a complaint to express our concern and frustration about the Insulation material used in the roof of our house, which was installed by your company.
  The Insulation job was done at our house location on *** ******** **** ****** ************ ******* *** ***.
  Prior to the job being done by Super Savings Home Services, we
  had a conversation with your Sales Representative **** ******,
  ****, assured us that Cellulose was better than the Fiberglass Insulation material that was previously used in our home.
  He assured us that it was healthier, eco friendly and would prevent infestations of critters in roof, since they cannot live in such environment due to the composition of the material.
  Based on ****'s shared experience and expert advice, we hired his company to provide us with the Artic Insulation services.
  Recently, we discovered that the Insulation has become a habitat im our roof for critters causing serious damage to the structure and posing potential health risks.
  We would appreciate it if you could provide us with the following information:
  1. Whether the material used prone
  to attracting pests?
  2. What measures can be taken to safely remove the critters and prevent future infestations.
  3.The Type of Insulation material used in the roof.
  We would like to request your
  assistance in resolving this issue.
  Unfortunately, we are submitting this complaint to your office after 12 months from the date of installation date, due to our recent discovery.

  our office do not receive the phone call from you regarding the issue for attic insulation we did on Oct 14th 2021 , we do not know what is going on with your case and then you just complaint to BBB bureau directly

   I just came back from vacation yesterday  and Just heard about the complaint from you regarding insulation we did for you back to April 19th 2022, and you submitted the complaint report on March 18th 2025 ,  As the customer services manager and director of super savings home services , I am very apologized for the late response for this matter due to I am away for two months  , the goal of our company is always satisfied with the customer and resolved their requirement as priority ,  I just tried to call you yesterday on your home land line  at ********** at 12:46pm and 12:48pm on May 24th 2025 and tried to call your cell phone at *** ******* on May 24th 2025 , no one answered the phone , (****** **** *** ******** ********** ** ******** ) so I will answer the following questions or concerns you have : 1. Whether the material used prone to attracting pests? 2. What measures can be taken to safely remove the critters and prevent future infestations. 3.The Type of Insulation material used in the roof.
  
  Firstly , I just introduced background of the cellulose material we blow in as attic insulation for you , the cellulose material we used for attic insulation for your house was manufactured from ********** insulation company which was created since 1977 to present time , more than 48 years and this is biggest manufactory for cellulose attic insulation in Ontario and it services more than 300,000 residential homes and commercial and industry area , there are more than 200 builder and insulation contractor like us to purchase cellulose material from them , so we purchased cellulose material as attic insulation from this manufactory since 2020 to present time , we already blow in for the resident home more than 1000 resident home for last five years , ****** **** *** ******** ******** ** ********* **** **** *** *** ******* ***** ** ****** ********** ***** ********* ********** * **** *
  on 2020, 2021 and 2022 as evidence , the reason why we purchased cellulose material from this company there are couple of reason
  
  No 1, this company have longest history in Ontario Canada since 1977, the quality of product were approved , certified , and qualified by all kind of Department of Ontario and Canada such as heath depart and fire depart and match with ISO9001 international certification and standard ,
  
  No 2, before we purchased , i have chance to talk to the company CEO whose name call Mr ****** ****** , phone number is ********** extension *** , address is *** *********** ** ********* ** *** ***, he confirm that the material manufactured by ********** insulation company is Developed over 40 years of experience and technological advancement, ********** PLUS cellulose insulation is manufactured from a minimum of 85% locally-sourced post-consumer recycled newsprint. Non-toxic additives are applied to the uniquely fiberized paper generating a building material with superior thermal and acoustic properties, as well as exceptional resistance to fire, moisture, mould and pests.   Please Search ****** for ********** insulation , and then click on the website and then click on our product , and then click on cellulose , and then click ********** plus-30 LB bag which we purchased from them and you can check the attached invoice which listed on it . if you wish , you can call in to confirm by yourself or any officer can call in to confirm with the staff of ********** insulation for evidence and reference.
  
  As a matter of the fact,  if you can find out the cellulose material we purchased from ********** which is exceptional resistance to pest , not prone to attracting pests , we already blow in attic insulation more than 1000 customers , we never heard from any customers after we did the job who called us to mention that pest or critters such as racoon or squirrel or mice infestation to them since last five years except you . 
  
  Secondly ,there are insulation agreement at $850 plus tax=$960.5 between you and our company date on Oct 24th 2021 , and then we blow in the attic insulation job to R60 for your attic area according to building code requirement on April 19th 2022 , and the license auditor which you hired came back the house to inspect the job we completed by his professional inspection and took post pictures and submitted to officer of Natural Resource Canada and then the officer checked the pictures and finally approved the whole process by cellulose material and insulation and then give final approval to ******** gas rebate department and ******** gas sent you the rebate cheque and we completed our contract with attic insulation at our obligation and responsibility . 
  
  Thirdly , I just clarified that we are attic insulation contractor only , we are not pest control contractor , and we don’t have any pest contract between you and our company , then we received the complaint which submitted on March 18th 2025 , we completed the attic insulation on April 19th 2022 , there are three years time period between April 19th 2022 and March 18th 2025 , as my personal working experience for last 15 years in the industry , if critters or invaded the residential house , normally there are some reasons to happen like that , such as strong wind or hurricanes to removal roofing shingles, or soffit vent flow down , there are gap or hole on the roof , critters invaded through gas or hole , etc , i only saw some house owners to call us to do estimates before we blow insulation , that is why I got personal experience why there are critters invaded the residential houses ,  so basically , the methods you try to remove critters or pest and prevent further infestation , you have to hire professional pest control contractor , I understand some contractor may charge higher amount to do it , I can recommend the contractor who is professional contractor at reasonable and competitive price in our Chinese community , his Company name is ** ******* , his name is ******* , and his phone number is ********** . hopefully , he can resolve your issue eventually . 
  
  In a conclusion , we do not have fault for the critter which invaded to your house , and we already completed our duty to blow insulation to your house by using safe cellulose material which isn’t prone to attracting pest or critters and is Non-toxic additives for health rise , ** ** ** **** ********** ** *** *** ******** *** ********* **** *** **** * ****** *** *** **** ************* *
