    Shipped the kitchen faucet back to the company. Provided the **** tracking number, and sent numerous emails. Have yet to receive any response or refund.

    September 19, 2024: placed order for slate tiles at Renoz showroom. Paid by debit, $824.98.
    Sept 20 received email (********) saying there was issue with payment platform, they would refund, and offer a lower price if I reorder.
    I said I wouldn't reorder until refund issued.
    Called and emailed, several times over next week+, no response and phone never answered.
    Called my bank to initiate an attempt to rectify the process and get refund, they've had no results as of Nov 1.
    Today Nov 1, received an email from Renoz saying they have been acquired by another company, can't honour any orders or issue any refunds for orders placed before Oct 1.

    Found this company online and ordered tile on August 30th, 2024 for our kitchen renovation. On September 10th, 2024, we were in Mississauga and stopped by the showroom at Dixie Road. We approached the sales person, who checked our order and advised that this tile had to come from the manufacturer warehouse and normally takes about two weeks.
    Allowing for enough time, on Sept 30th, 2024 I started to call and email asking for an update. I have not missed a day, phoning and also emailing. I have not received any reply or phone call back.

    - Purchase made in store July 26, 2024. At time of sale, was told it would be available at week later.
    - Followed up via email with no answers Aug 18, 20, and 22. Was told finally that it would available the following week.
    - Followed up again via email and multiple phone calls with no answer Aug 27, 29, Sept 1, Sept 4, and Sept 5.
    - Finally went back to the store Sept 6. Spoke to associate ******* ***** Was told that the refund will be made within 7 business days. Received cancellation notice on Sept 6.
    - Followed up again Tuesday, Sept 17 due to no refund after 7 business days. No response.
    - Followed up again Wednesday, Sept 18. No response.
    - It's now Sept 26 and no refund has been made and business is unresponsive.

    I bought a vanity 4 days ago from them, and they told me that it would take 3 weeks to ship.

    But a day after I bought the vanity, I noticed that it's not as wide as I needed and longer compared to the size of the washroom.

    I have been calling them for the past 3 days, leaving voicemails. I texted them saying that I want to cancel the order. I also emailed them to cancel the order, and no one is calling or emailing back. The vanity is 350 lbs, and I want to cancel it before it ships because they say there will be a penalty and an extra charge. Please, if you can contact them for me before it's shipped.
