      Georgian Group built a townhouse complex at ********** Lane in 2012. What they did here, I am mentioning:
      1. Roof has no ventilator for the middle 4 units. Only two side units has roof ventilator. For this reason affected units has top floor rooms which are too hot with the use of furnace in the winter and not adequately cooling the room with air conditioner use in the summer.
      2. Some units they forget to make the vent opening for kitchen exhaust. Smell disseminated to nearby areas.
      3. Some tiles on the floor are cracking, due to inadequate cement under the tiles.
      4. Used 1.5 ton AC while in square footage need 2 ton AC. Same situation for the furnace also.
      5. In the garage, water from the car not moving out as the sloping is not correct.
      after these situations, p***** **** **** **** ******** ***** ********** ******** To save money, they can do anything. Possibly, they are not skilled to compete a construction project nicely. Nature will punish them and it will be from almighty.
