    ** * ***** **** **** ******* **** ****** * ****** Technician came to replace part on my hot tub while I was not home (took 35 mins). When I asked if parts were covered by warranty he told me yes, otherwise he would have needed to get my approval to perform the work.
    Today I see a $1000 charge on my bank account (parts and labor). After discussing with them, they tell me they made a mistake by telling me it was covered under warranty and can come remove the part for an additional labor cost.
    Furthermore, Technician forgot to hook up ground wires on my hot tub. * **** ** ******* ***** ****** ** *** ** ******* **** **** *******
