    ********** ********* Sells items that are clearly BENT, broken or missing parts maybe *** ** ****** **** ******* *** * **** ****** **** they are "in spec". Nowhere on their website do they say that the items could have a slight bend to them. These are brand new items. And when you return it they **** *** ***** ** change you a 23% restock fee. *** *** ***** **** ***** *** because they couldn't be bothered to do QC at the factory **** ***** ****** *** ** ***** ** ***** *** ***** **** ***** **** they're selling what are quite clearly defective items.

    ***** *** ***** if you decide to cancel your order 1 hour later. They will charge you 3% restocking fee! I am not kidding you, from $2000 purchase you will loose $60. This is truly unbelievable.

    As per refund policy, items paid for by credit card that are cancelled on the same day during business hours will be voided and no charge passed to card. However if they are cancelled anytime after, cancellation is subject to a 3% recovery fee to reimburse the merchant fee that is paid when a credit card charge is processed. 


    Credit card companies charge us that fee and we don't get back by refunding. When you have hundreds of people changing their mind/buyer's remorse over time those fees add up into the tens of thousands. This only applies to credit card, and does not apply to other forms of payment. 


     That being said we don't have any record of any incoming emails or orders from a ****** **** or email ***************@*****.com
