    CALLED ME 45 MIN LATER (OUTSIDE OF THE **** "30 MIN RETURN ALLOWANCE" ) TO SAY I HAD PAID FOR SOMETHING I ALREADY HAD DONE THROUGH THE GOV, AND NEEDED NEXT STEP UP TO FINALIZE, WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL $300+. WHICH LOCKED ME IN!
    WHEN I REFUSED THEY ONLY REFUNDED 1/2 MY FEE. GOT NOTHING FROM THIS AND OUT $140.
    I CALLED 3 TIMES SAME DAY AND THEY WONT REFUND.
    ********.
    I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! I WILL ESCALATE THIS.
