    I work in airport and this happened at the Booster Juice in airport. This day, Booster Juice was offering buy 1 get 1 free deal as it is their 24th Birthday celebration. Before I place an order, I've confirmed with the sales person called ********* that if I will be getting this Tropical Tornado juice buy 1 get 1 free. ********* confirmed by saying yes it is buy 1 get 1 free. Therefore, I placed an order and what happened was *********(she) gave me only ONE juice and told me I need to Purchase 2 juices then I would get another one free. I thought I read the promotion wrong (I get email from Booster Juice on promotion). I checked the promotion again and it clearly said buy 1 get 1 free. Not buy 2 and get 1 free. So, I asked again and ********* changes her statement and says she didn't give me 2nd one because I didn't ask for it. I clearly asked for it and confirmed with her when placing order. I asked again nicely asking to give me the 2nd one. However, ********* did not give me 2nd one and repeated her statement saying that I did not ask for it.
