June 2022 loan away contacted my 13 year old daughter over a pay day loan fruadulently taken out against her name.
Loan away has been told by CALGARY POLICE on june 29 2022 and on June 27 2023 to cease all contact with my minor child.
They have ********** my child, who again is 13.
They have been told by ********* ********** a lawyer for ******* *** to ceasee trying to get payment from my daughter as they have the wrong person. Again, so has Calgary Police confirmed to Loan Away they debited a minor's account and that they are not the person they are looking for.

They need to stop contacting my daughter.

    In November 2021, * **** ******* * ******** *********** *** ** *** ********** I was unable to make my payments from the payment schedule date of November 26, 2021 to December 24, 2021. They charge me a $50 late fee plus interest, and when I explain the situation, I was told I could make my payments E transfer with no mention of a $50 charge being on my account if I did it that way, so on January 2, I started making my payments through E transfer from the payment schedule date of January 7 to the payment schedule February 18 I was charge 4-$50 late fees on top of that they’ve reported 7 missed payments to my credit report when it’s only 3 and that covers from November 26 to December 24, 2021, they are counting the four payments I made through E transfer as late payments, which is unacceptable. I argued with them and received $100 back in fees , I also paid in full any arrears plus interest and fees in July 2021 of 444.02. I would like the fees waived on my account totaling 350.00-100.00 = 250.00 due to the circumstances and I can see clearly on here. They’ve done it for other people and I want my credit report fixed just show 3 late payments instead of seven. I have sent them an email to ask for clarification and not received a response back. **** ** *** ***** ******* * **** **** ***** **** **** * *** ***** ******* ** ********** ***** ****** ******* ********** **** * *** ***** ******* ****** ** ***** * ******** *** ** *** ****** *** **** **** **** ******** *******. They were difficult to deal with, *** ***** *** ******* *** ********** ***** *** ********* ** **** ********** ** ************** *** ****** *********** **** ** ********* *********** *** **** ****** **** *** *** ******* ******** *** ****** ******* **** ** **** ****** ** **** ****, but still hasn’t responded to my email that I sent on November 14, 2022. This has been the most frustrating company to deal with.
