      *******. They are ********** *** ***** ** ******** *********, reliably losing, misplacing and mishandling any packages that I've had the displeasure of sometimes receiving from them.

      I have a Mailstation II in my office. Last year they put us in a collection agency, for unpaid bills. However, I had every invoice to prove I paid, and bank statements to confirm that the cheques had cleared our account. Today, I was told payments should have been going to a different box number within the same company. One box number for supplies, the other for invoice payments. First I've heard of it, and I've had their postal machine in my office since early 2020. They sent an invoice today to say that I am 3 months in arrears, including August, 2024. It is July, 2024 at present. Again, I sent them all of my paid invoices. Inept and unorganized, is the only description I can give to their administration/accounts receivable departments. Also, they charged me over $50 for a dust cover for their machine, and it doesn't even fit property. * **** *** ***** *** ** ** ******** **** ***** **** ******* *****

      Bought an item from **** that’s located in UK and seller sent this with Pitney Bowes to Canada. Update every 6 days on package whereabouts and 1 month shipping time that i paid 20GBP like $30 to be shipped to me. No customer service no info on package no hi no bye. **** **** **** **** ******** **** ** ***** ***** ******* ******** ********

      I recently purchased a computer online and was given a Pitney Bowes tracking number. My issue is that the computer is being shipped to the wrong address, I tried to resolve the issue with the seller but was told that they could not do anything because it was already shipped.
      I tried to contact Pitney Bowes but it is impossible to speak to a real person, especially someone willing to help. I reached out to them on ******** explaining my problem in a message and was told to just keep tracking my shipment and was given a tracking link, I replied that I was tracking my shipment and needed to speak to someone about the wrong address, but they never replied to my request.
      Pitney Bowes has to have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, they do not want to be bothered, and they couldn't care less about their customers.

      They *** about delivery attempts and take no responsibility for it.... I have an update on my tracking saying a delivery attempt was made 3 hours into the future and a note was left. ****** **** ***** ***** ** **** * **** ******* *** *** *** **** * **** **** *** ** **** ********* ** ***********

      The absolute worst service ever. Lost packages. Wrong item sent. Then if you have to phone them up…good luck. The customer service is the worst I’ve experienced.
      How can they justify the fees, which basically means they charge what *** **** they want. There is no sense to the pricing. Import charges which are all over the place and they charge them even when no import charges are payable.

      ******** ********* First it was supposed to be delivered to Kensington, not my address, then supposed to be delivered yesterday, no package received. When you attempt to contact them they refer you to the seller. Total run around. **** ** *** ***** ******** ******* * **** **** ***** ****
