    On Saturday Feb. 24, 2024, ****** the owner came to my home with his workers to trim a large tree with heavy overhanging branches (a few days earlier he had come to my home and offered to do a good trimming and cleanup job for a total sum of $2,050.00. They finished the trimming
    by evening and his brother ***** who had supervised the operation asked me for payment, as
    he wished to pay the workers. I pointed out the job was not completed. They had piled up
    all the heavy logs on my lawn and the lawn was strewn with large branches and twigs. *****
    said that they were going now to dump one load and would be back rightaway this evening to take away all the large logs and branches. It is now 22 days and no one had come to complete the job. I call ****** DAILY at 647-766-0465 to come and clear the lawn , he never answers the phone, never returns my voice mails I leave daily, never responds to the emails I have sent
    him. One day on March 5, 2024 as he was driving I got a hold of him and he promised me that his workers would come on March 9-10 weekend and clear the mess. Nothing has happened.
    BBB when ***** promised me on Feb. 24th to complete the job that evening he *******
    me into believing him and I paid him FULL CASH of $2,050.00. * *** ******* ** *** ********.
    I am requesting BBB's help to get them to come and clear my yard ASAP. My Lawn **** *** called me yesterday as they wanted to treat the lawn but they cannot enter the lawn due to the
    mess. I asked them to postpone it for a week which they have done but they told me that the
    Spring treatments needs to be done ASAP or it will be too late. Therefore there is a real urgency
    for you to contact ****** and ask him to finish the clean up please. I have photos of the messy
    lawn, my trimmed tree, my emails, his Lawn Sign which he asked me to put on my lawn for a few weeks, his business brochure, the payment which he insisted on was paid in Cash (He refused to accept my cheque for the amount) ** ********* **** ***** **** ***** ******** **** *** ***** ******** *** ******* *** ** *** **** * *** *** * ******* ****** ********* **** *** ** ******* ******  My only problem I am a senior ** years and my husband is ** *** ** *** *** ******** ***** ** * **** **** *** ** **** *** ***** ****** ** ******** ** *********** ** **** ********** ** *** **** ** **** ***** * *** **** *** **** ** *** ** ***** ** *** **** ***** *** **** **** ** ***** *** ***** *** ******** **** * ****** *****  They have many Other Services that they offer and *** **** *** **** ******* **** **** ************* ******************* ******* *** ******* *** **** **** ** **** **** ******** ** *** *******  Please BBB
    have them clear my lawn ASAP so Lawn **** can do their job before it is too late and we
    seniors can go back to living peacefully in our home.
