    ** * ***** ***** **** ***** * ****** Springwall cares more about the exterior of the mattress than the quality and construction of the interior. They have created a loophole in their warranties so they do not have to honour them. Here is the catch: they put a dirt magnet white fabric on the outside and claim if the exterior has any dirt or staining on it the warranty is void even if it is blatantly obvious that the interior of the mattress has failed. My mattress has a large 4 inch deep sag in the middle of it. It is less than a year old and they won’t do a thing about it because it isn’t pristine white along one edge. At the time of purchase I was not told anything about the warranty. Springwall and the store I bought the mattress from pulled this bit of info out when there was a problem with the mattress so they did not have to fix it. ** *** ***** **** ***** ** ***** ********
