    I’m filing a formal complaint against ****** ***** ***** ********* operating under the name Scale My Meal Prep (3310290) and also appearing as Meal Prep Scaling. I paid $9,000 for digital marketing services including a high-converting funnel, UGC (user-generated content), email/SMS automations, and ad campaign setup.

    Since signing in October 2024, I’ve experienced major delays and partial fulfillment. Despite giving them 5 months pre-launch and 2 months post-launch, they failed to deliver core elements: no complete funnel, no abandoned cart recovery, no automation, no onboarding emails, and no UGC prior to launch.

    I began requesting resolution in April. On April 28, 2025, I formally cancelled the contract and requested a refund. As of May 1, I have received no response.

    The company insisted I was responsible for providing UGC content, despite clear evidence in their marketing and contract that it would be included. Only after repeated references to their own terms did they offer two UGC videos — a late attempt that confirms breach.

    I received 800+ site visitors via their ads. However, none of their promised systems were in place to convert those leads. 23 abandoned carts were not followed up on. Only 2 orders resulted from their campaigns. I had to prompt them for basic funnel elements they claimed were “built in.”

    I have incurred additional costs trying to repair this failure. My business has suffered.

    I am invoking my rights under:

    Georgia Fair Business Practices Act (§10-1-393)

    FTC Act Section 5 (false/deceptive marketing)

    Canadian CPA (2002), which mandates refunds within 15 days of cancellation when services are not delivered

    I am seeking a full refund of $9,000 due to breach of contract, misrepresentation, and non-delivery of services.
