      We had a situation where cylinders we rent from Linde were out, they came out, corrected it saying they made a mistake and took cylinders off our account. During this time they bill us rent each month for cylinders we did not have. We have now moved our business to a different company. When our cylinders were all returned they now claim we owe a whole $1500 on cylinders we can’t return because they have them. They refuse to come out and do a site visit because "we are no longer a customer" and told by **** ********* *** **** ******* that it is tough luck. **** ********* *********** **** **** **** ** **** *** ** ****** they’ve not only been overcharging rent for months but go for an additional sum.

      In November of 2021, our service Manager contacted Linde, formerly known as *******, to pick up cylinders of gases we were not using. We have been a customer of them since 2006 without issues until now. The adjustment of those units was not made on Linde's side and they continued to charge us for the units up until we realized this , just in the latter part of last year. Some of the bills were way into the high $400-500 amounts and they were charging us interest fees on top of that.
      ** *** * **** ***** ****** ******** **** **** **** ***** *** ****** ******** ** ******  During this time, we only had one PT office staff, and unfortunately on our end this may have been overseen, however they continued ** **** ********* ** charging us ************ fees for products that were returned which we have email receipt for.
      We had on several occasions tried to contact the accounting department, to try and find our account representative (which we also have email back up for) and finally got in touch with Glenn P**** who came and did a physical audit to realize that the units we had been paying for were actually not on site! *** ******** *** **** ** *** ***** *** *** ***** ** **** **** **** ****** *** the final answer was that if we paid for it, it was our problem. No credit would be issued. So even though we had tried to contact someone regarding the issue, we had had tried to maintain our account as a customer in good standing in all of this, we are now being told, this is our problem, we shouldn't have paid the bill? * ******** *** ********* ** ****** ******* ******* *** ******* ** ***** **********  **** ** ********* *********** ******** ******** *** * **** *** ********** ** ************* ***** *** ********* **** ***** ** *** **** ***** ** **** **** ***** Even after our visit with Glenn, I received an interest invoice ******** totalling $30.17 dated 01/31/24 for charges going back to Nov for units we never had. We are requesting a full audit for overpaid charges.

      I returned the oxygen and acetylene tanks to their depot and paid all the required amounts on June 27, 2022. I continue to receive invoices to pay this amount.
      The first time I received an invoice after paying at the depot, I contacted the depot in London to get it straightened out. They said they had fixed the problem and I owe nothing.
      I again received another invoice, each time with additional fees added onto the total, telling me I had to pay these amounts. I then sent copies of the receipts and pertinent information to the address given to remit payment.
      There has been no acknowledgement that I, in fact paid the amounts due back in June.
