    ** **** ******* ******* **** ***** ****** **** *** ** *** **** ***** ******** *** ** *** **** ********* ********* They charge fees you can’t afford when you default they wouldnt work with us and the stupid fees they add up make it impossible to do anything. We had a solid offer in on the house they would not accept ***** *** ****** **** some mortgage companies do this then when there is a solid offer they work with you to get it done . * **** **** ******** ******** *** ***** *** *** ***** ****** *** ****** *** *** ***** *** ****** ** ** **** they are going to end up losing 100-200k and it will take 2-4 years through the courts in stead of taking there 300K now money in hand

    We acknowledge your concerns and would like to clarify the status of your mortgage and the steps taken to date.
    Due to privacy and legal considerations, we cannot discuss specific details of your file publicly. However, we can confirm that your mortgage account has been in enforcement since February 2025 following a default. Since then, we have followed the appropriate legal process and remained open to reasonable settlement offers that reflect the outstanding obligations and the rights of all parties involved.
    We did receive the offer referenced in your complaint. While it did not fully cover the amount owing, we responded with a willingness to significantly reduce a portion of the balance—including certain fees—to help facilitate the sale. We also encouraged you to work with your lawyer and realtor to explore whether the remaining shortfall could be addressed. Our intent was to support a workable resolution; however, we did not receive a follow-up proposal that resolved the gap.
    Regarding your concerns about fees: Transparency is a key part of our lending process. All rates, fees, and default-related charges were clearly outlined in your mortgage commitment and legal documents. These terms were provided to you in advance of funding and were subject to review with both the mortgage broker and independent legal counsel you retained. Because we do not deal directly with borrowers, we rely on those professionals to communicate all terms clearly and to ensure borrowers fully understand their obligations before proceeding.
    While we regret that a resolution has not been reached to date, we remain open to continued discussions through your legal representative. Our goal is to find a solution that respects the interests of all parties involved.
