    I took my car (Mazda CX5 2022) to Erin Mills Mazda for the second time on Thursday, August 25. this time the Key fab and remote on my phone not working. After four hours of waiting, the manager told me that he has to call the Manufacturer ( I believe it is in Japan) to find a problem and he send me home. I have to leave the car in my garage for the whole weekend since I cannot lock the car doors, Today Monday, August 29 I took the car to the dealer and the manager (Nadem) told me he did not call the manufacturer. He said to leave the car here and we will fix it. When I asked for a loan car, he said there are no loan car services. I spend 40000$ on the brand new car and within the last six months it has been to the garage for repair two times, and I lost three days of work. No compensation from Mazda Canada, and every time they just say sorry about your bad experience. Very bad services

    Hi there,
    After looking into this specific case, I see that there was no appointment booked for Thursday August the 25th and were notified that there is a waiting period and no guarantee that your vehicle will be seen today as we have to honour the individuals who have booked their appointments first as we are appointment based only. Regardless of not having a booked appointment, the department still took the time out to perform a diagnosis test. We had one of our techs run diagnostics on the vehicle, we could not figure out what the matter was and the Service Manager advised you that a ticket would have to be created with Mazda Canada. The ticket was submitted the same day you walked in to have your vehicle seen, we then booked you for an appointment on Monday. We do our due diligence and our Service Department works extremely hard for every vehicle that is brought in and ensure that the matter is resolved. The day your appointment was scheduled, the matter was resolved.
