      ** ******* ****** ***** ** **** ******* * ******** ***** *** *** *** ********* *** ****** ******* *** ** ********** ******** ***** ******* the paper is constantly being left on the road *** ******** ******* **** *** ******* ** ******** * ***** She has had this issue over a year and has complained countless times regarding this issue. I have been told on countless occasions that the paper will start being delivered to the mail box and it will happen for a few days then this happens again.
      When did the door to door delivery of the Standard stop? When did elderly residents have to walk to the road to pick up their paper?
      This resident is NOT able to get her paper when its left at the road. A family member has to come by to pick it up for her or her PSW's that come have to bring in it. This is not acceptable in anyway. She shouldn't have to wait till others bring in the paper when its the paper carriers bare minimum of the job!
      This paper has never been paid late since signing up for the St Catharines Standard
      We are looking for the paper to be delivered daily to the mail box. If our carrier is unwilling to do it a new carrier is requested. It is the minimum of the job! We are looking to be heard since all our complaints have clearly fell on deaf ears.

      Stop the delivery of the Mississauga news paper. I have told the delivery man many times and I've had enough of him throwing it in my driveway for me to pick up and throw in the garbage. I DO NOT WANT THE PAPER. If it happens one more time I will be contacting my local police department and having him charged with littering.

      I have an online subscription to the ******* *******. Last week, I was informed that due to an update on their part, I had to sign in to read the news.

      I forgot my password and have attempted to reset several times, but get an error message every time a new password is submitted. I emailed Metroland June 12th but received no response, so I have paid for a subscription and have not been able to sign in to read the paper for several days. I am paying for a service that I am not getting. Thank you.

      I have requested several times for the flyers to not be delivered, actually just thrown on my property. I got emails back saying it would stop yet it has not stopped.
      I don’t want these flyers littering my property. I don’t use them. They go in the recycle bin on garbage day.

      In the Fall of 2022 these nuisance newspaper advertiser/flyers (*********) started being delivered to my doorstep. Since December I have raised 7 tickets with the circulation department to have delivery stopped. Today is April 04, 2023 and the flyers are still being delivered. Each time I file a ticket I get the same canned response “I have sent off a report to the Circulation department to advise them to stop delivery as well as we will notify the carrier” Clearly this has not happened. I don’t know why it’s so difficult to stop a service that I never signed up with to begin with. The paper is delivered every other Thursday or Sunday with the occasional Tuesday thrown in which makes it difficult to catch the carrier to let them know to stop delivery. I am hoping the BBB can help.

      This is an ongoing problem I have keep notes on ! I had a problem in the winter of 2020 when my snow blower hit the flyer package that they had thrown in my snow covered driveway and they still do that ! I did not take any legal action and I fixed the snow blower myself ! It would have cost about $500 to have a shop do it ! After that happened I told them what happened and to stop delivery but that was also hard to do! I decided to get them to deliver it again because of the massive inflation on all prices ! I count on my flyer package to stock up on groceries at a sale price! If you like using a computer you can do that but I don't ! I get my newspaper delivered to my door and I have no complaints about that! For 9 months now I have to complain to them at ###-###-#### and sometimes it takes 3 calls and even then it still not delivered . I do not know how many people are on my route but if you do not complain you get it most of the time on a Saturday sometimes on Sunday and sometimes not at all since May 2022. I have talked to other people in Ontario and on other routes and this is a common problem! No one on my route has got the flyer package Thursday morning unless they complained !The carrier is not doing there job and yet they are still doing the job and getting paid ( To not do there job? ) ! In the real world if you don't do your job you get fired! I have talked to at least 3 or 4 different managers but nothing is resolved ! That tells me the managers are also not doing there job! * ** *** * ****** *** * ***** *** **** ** *****! The companies that pay for advertising are no doubt paying for a service they are not getting and may not all be aware of this problem or do not want to pursue the problem! If you want to take advantage of a sale price and you do not get your flyer until Saturday most of the time that item you want is no longer available ! This is costing you money! All I want is for them to do what they are being paid to do !

      A few months ago my household started to receive a newspaper without asking for it or buying any subscription or agreeing to buy any subscription from Metroland Media. Last week we received a notice attached to the paper stating that payment was due for that months paper deliveries and we could send the delivery boy money via etransfer and gave his email, and also stated that we should password protect it and provide the password in a secure envelope attached. This month (December) we received another notice saying payment is due and that he was coming by on the Saturday (tomorrow) to collect payment. The paper continues to arrive. I’ve now called the agency associated with the paper delivery service “Metroland Media” and have been on hold for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone.

      I have a 1-year, pre-paid in full, 6-day home delivery to the Waterloo Record newspaper [owned by Metroland]. There have been repeated delivery failure issues during the year, on Saturdays, which although they have promised multiple times to resolve, still continue. The Record/Metroland refuses to issue a refund of the balance of my subscription [to Jan 20, 2023] because I want to cancel due to unsatisfactory Saturday delivery service. I also suggested that they could change the subscription to Mon-Fri delivery and extend it for a few weeks to make up for the future cancelled Saturdays which they also refuse to do. Multiple agents have failed to resolve this issue as reported to them on the phone and by email. A Senior Supervisor was to have phoned me within 24 hours of my request on Nov. 12 and has failed to do so to date, Nov. 18

      Hello,
      This seems like a silly issue but I do not know what else to do.
      For some reason I receive a newspaper on my driveway. (I do not pay for this). Due to limited mobility, I sometime cannot remove the paper from my driveway and wait until my neighbour can pick it up for me. I contacted the newspaper via email in Late July/ early August asking them to stop. After a few "information-gathering" emails were exchanged, I was told that it could take up to 2 weeks for delivery to stop- NO problem. But the issue is, that now in November I am STILL receiving it. I message them everytime this happens, and have asked countless times to stop. I keep getting the same response - "sorry, this issue has been escalated" . Ive even asked for someone to call, so that we can discuss this issue, the reply is the same.
      At this point Im just frustrated.

      Continued delivery of their spam flyers. Have called and emailed over 6x with the same form email response. They will contact the circulation dept to cancel delivery.
      Still, I continue to receive these spam packages thrown to the end of my driveway.
