    This company delivered only part of the order I paid for and some of products that did get delivered are either defective or missing parts. After 6 months of trying to communicate with them I have lost hope and cut my losses. Have given up trying to deal with them as they rarely respond to my messages and have failed to resolve the issue, ignoring and now their website *********plumbinghubcanada.ca is no longer available; appears to have been shut down.

    Placed an order in October. Contacted them 3 weeks later and was told they were waiting for a shipment. Emailed a second time week later and got the same response. Tried to contact them directly and the phone number in no longer in service and their website is not available either. Have emailed asking for a refund but I suspect that won't happen. ***** **** *** ******* ************

    *** **** **** **** ******** ********* ** **** ***** ** * *** * ******* ********** **** ****** ********* Ordered items on Oct 6 and contacted company after waiting a week to be notified that the items were shipped. Contacted them via email twice before receiving a response from "Jim" who informed me their inventory count was wrong and it would take a week before the ******** ******** restocking shipment arrived. I told him I would wait and for him to let me know when the order is shipped to me. After a waiting another for the restocking shipment to arrive, I emailed Jim about the shipment status and asked that he cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped to me. No response. Waited another day. No response. Waiting another day and tried to access their website and received this notice "Sorry, this store is currently unavailable." I then contacted ******** ******* to contest the charge. Thankfully, ******** ******* ** **** **** ********** ********* *** *** ***** ******* ** *** ***********

    Very poor customer service. Order an ***** ****** feeder August 16 , it was online and it showed that it was in stock. I didn't hear anything for two weeks. When contacted, their sales said is out of stock but they would expedite it as soon as arrives. Two weeks later, no reply or update on the order. Trying to cancel the order by email or phone, no reply at all. Phone contact is automated no way to get through a customer service.
