    WHEN: On 20th Nov 2024, **** *****, the primary go to person on behalf of Exotic Stonewood Flooring company asked me to pay cash and transfer all the money to their bank account in order to purchase 2850 sqft hardwood flooring. At the time he exerted high pressure to transfer all of the money immediately or I would lose the order as it was a special sale. He sent me a voided check. I transferred the full amount of my purchase to their bank account. As of 27th Mar 2025, after more than 120 days **** ***** has not shipped my material even though there were continuous promises that the order is ready.

    On May 4th I spoke with the owner who said he had 3 boxes of the wood I needed in stock. He advised that he would deliver them at the beginning of the following week if I did the etfr. today, which i did right away in the amount of $1,000.00 The wood has never arrived despite being given several delivery dates. i have asked for my money back.     Hello BBB ** ***** ****** ***** Bought hardwood flooring from Exotic Wood Stone Flooring. *** ***** ** *** ***** ********* ********** ***** ** ***** just asked him for a quotation on flooring installation through a message and now he is saying that you need to do the installation through us only. I won't be giving the hardwood nor your money back if you are not doing installation through us. * ** ********* ** ******* **** ***** ***** there is nothing written that he will be doing the installation. I just need my refund for my flooring material so that I can get it from my end but the store is not picking my call and not even talking with me when I visit him at his store.* ***** ***** ***** ****** ******* *** want my $5500 advance refund back only.     ** **** *** I visited Exotic Stone Wood Flooring on 27th August to have our existing floor replaced. Placed order for the removal, disposal, supply and installation of Hardwood on the 28th August 2022 in person with the owner Jeff ***** at my house. Presented Jeff with a cheque for $5000.00 at my house. **** * ****** * **** Removal was to be starting on the 13th Sept 2022 followed by installation. Are was cleared for the purpose and no one showed up or called to inform otherwise. See pictures of cleared area on the entire main floor of the house. Subsequently the order was cancelled by text, phone and email for non compliance. It has been almost 2 months that I have been patiently requesting my refund of $5000.00 which is falling on deaf ears. When I call the office and speak to Johnny who manages the store, all I am informed is that he will speak to Jeff. ****** *** ***** ** ******** **** ******** *** ****** ** **** ******* ALL I WANT IS MY DEPOSIT OF $5000 BACK.     I bought hardwood flooring on Sept 17, 2022 and staff promised me that they will deliver within 10 day’s. Since then I’ve been trying to reach out to them by calling and emailing, but they have been ignoring me.     The total cost of my purchase was $7,394.81 and I paid $5,000 deposit and remaining balance upon delivery.
    1st e-transfer $3000
    on September 17, 2022 and 2nd e-transfer $2000 on September 18, .2022.
    After long waiting and no response from Exotic Stonewood Flooring, On Oct 8, 2022 I decided to drive to the store and talked to them **** ** ****. They told us to get out from the store with out money and we denied to leave until they tell us about my refund or my Flooring. **** ****** **** ** ** *** **** **** **** **** * **** **** * ***** **** ************* I don't have anything that said sold in combo.
    I just want my $5000 refund. *** * ***** ***** ****, I don't know what ******* hardwood they might send.
