    I placed an online order for a product and paid $27 for shipping.
    I am contacted by email several hours later demanding I pay an additional $29 for additional shipping.
    Their policies state that if I don't cancel within 12 hours I am not entitled to a refund, and if I don't pay the additional charges then the item I paid for will be donated to charity.
    **** *** ***** **** *******. I am currently trying to get the situation rectified, but their store cannot help with online orders, and their online department only accepts text messages for 6 hours a day, and deletes any text message received outside those hours.

    They are a top quality hobby shop. They always answer texts very quickly. They have a good stock of hard to find items. I definitely recommend them. And Im in the USA but they still ship to me. I will continue to buy from them.

    ******** ********* ****** ** **** ******** ****** ****** **** **** ***** they are great to deal with until you have an issue.******* *********** ** ** **** ****** ** **** **** **** ****** **** **** ** ******* ********* **** ** *** ****** *** **** **** * ****** **** ***** **** ** **** * ***** ** ****** **** ****.Big Boys with cool Toys was amazing the first time we walked in we ended up spending over $2100 we then experienced a few issues and it was immediately our fault,we did something wrong we were not using it properly and so on.The customer service is atrocious,**** and don't take any ownership i seriously don't know how they are in business treating people like my son and I have been treated.These things are not cheap to run and repair so you would think they would want to work with you not against you.There so called technical help line is all about telling you its what and how you are using the device rather then wanting to help you.Great customer service is so important in life today its rare you get it and those who don't offer it will fail eventually.This store is the epidomy of really bad customer service.As I said these things are expensive you want to buy from a store that will go out of there way to make things great and right not bad and negative."********* *** **** *** **** *** **** ****** ***** ** **** *** *************

    This customer on multiple occasions came in and said he had defective product when he in fact use the product flipped the product on concrete and drove it and it skitted and body clips broke off on the first occasion where in tear is part of the Hobby and jumping these trucks 2030 feet in the air sliding them across grass pieces do break and that's why the hobby provides replacement pieces This customer on the first occasion we comped him some free body clips and then following the next occasion was **** **** to our staff and we will not tolerate **** *** disrespectful comments and or slander ** **** **** ******* ***** *** **** ****** **** **** ******* **** *** ***** ***** ***** ********* ** **** **** *** ***** ***** ***** **** **** ********* ** ********** *** **** **** *** ** **** **** **** ***** *** **** ******** ** ** ** **** *** ***** ** *** ***** ***** ***** **** ** ****** ******* ** *** ******** *** *** **** ******* ** ** *******
