    I have bought a New speaker from ****** ******, and was sent A used one, with the prior customer return label in the box with missing instruction and missing packing foam. I bought that item as new on the 12th of feb 2023, received it and called ****** ****** o let them know of the situation and took and sent them some pictures… we are talking of a 575$ speaker. I have returned the Used item (that is ********** in my book to send used items as new to a costumer) . the same day I have send it back and they received the Item since the 17th of February. I am writing this on the 27 th of feb 2023 10 days after the item has been signed for and is in one of there warehouses. I have called them today and they told me that I have to wait till the 21st of march before they can do anything for me. Meanwhile 21 days after the original day I was charged on my credit card, I am going to be charge 19.9% interest (never paid interest in my life) except for my mortgage ..     Although I am a Prime member, every single order I have placed since November takes a minimum of 4 days to receive. After looking at the products on their site, each one has a minimum of 4 days to have the order delivered. The articles all have the Prime logo. What are we paying Prime memberships for, if they are not respecting the two-day delivery promise???
