      Purchased shoes sept 12th online. Never received an email so I don’t have an order number. Shoes came and in Dec I wore them for 2 hours. It killed my feet and gave me blisters on my toes that started bleeding. Despite the shoes being $220. I would like my money back please but when I called customer service they said they can’t do anything without the order number. I gave them the date of the product transaction which I can see on my **** card and asked them to look it up in their system but I never heard back from them.

      I have ordered a pair of shoes *** ** ******** on the Geox website on June 10th 2023. I am pretty sure I misspelled my email since I did not receive any email confirmation of the order nor tracking details. I received the shoes on June 13th but the shoes don’t fit. I contacted the customer service right away to start the return process. They are telling me that they cannot find my order with my name anywhere. * *** ********** **** **** ****** **** ** **** *** ****** *** **** ** ***** How can that be when my name is spelled correctly on the shipping label? I have spent about $100 on these shoes and they are now telling me that I cannot return them. *** ****** *********** They cannot even look up an order with the phone number even though it was entered at the time of placing the order and it visible on the shipping label. Karima at customer service couldn’t forward my request to anyone else. This needs to be looked into to get my money back.
