    On May 28/2024 I purchased a Evenskyn **** device. It took several weeks to arrive. The warranty for this purchase was one year. After 6 1/2 months it stopped working and would no longer charge. I contacted Evenskyn and they told me they would send me a replacment. Almost a month later I received the replacement but it was dead on arrival. I contacted them immediately and was told they would send another unit. It was shipped to the wrong address so it took 6 weeks until i finally received it. It was also dead on arrival! I contacted them the same day it arrived and told them it was dead. ** *** ******** * *** **** ******** ****** *** ***** **** **** ********* **** *********** ***** *** **** *****. The company then told me that the previous product did in fact have a faulty battery and that the battery does not last. So they upgraded their product with a new different battery and told me that they would give me a 50% discount to buy a new one. But....the price was now almost doubled! I was not willing to pay another $400 to get a new one. They then told me that my warranty had expired but it had not. So I wrote them an email explaining that I did not want to purchase a new one but now wanted a refund. They have refused to refund me and told me that selling me a new one at a discounted price is the best they can do. I am at this point still within the one year warranty period and do not feel I should be forced to pay $400 to get a unit that works. I am asking for your help to resolve this problem.
