    On Sept 1 2002 $194 was taken out of my account again after closing the account 3 months prior. They took out the same amount in July and I received the refund, they tried again in August but it bounced and again in September where it went through. They have made me jump through hoops sending them emails of proof and then telling me the refund was on its way to it wasn't their responsibility to pay it it was ****** responsibility, I was told to call my case manager was well which I did all of these things. Every time I call Being they just say it's ****** that owes me the refund and Everytime I call ****** they say it's Beeyonds responsibility, my case manager said it was Beeyonds responsibility as well and he wasn't my case manager he had nothing to do with my account. I spoke to Beeyond and ****** on a three way call and they both just kept saying it wasn't their responsibility and the ****** lady told me to just get my bank to handle it., I tried going through my bank but they said they couldn't do anything as it was a bill payment. I called Beeyond again and they hung up on me. I just tried calling again and asking to speak to a manager and they just put me through to ****** who said they had nothing to do with the payments of the account. It's now been 6 months and they are saying the same thing. They also put the account in the wrong name they put it in my roommates name who had only lived here a month when I got their services.

    ****** ******** ** Beeyond Security Company in Canada.
    It was installed at the end of August 2022.
    But it has been an absolute nightmare dealing with #BeeyondSecurity their Canadian dealer. First we never got the 100000 clips we were promised for our cameras. So when a parcel got stolen off our step we couldn’t see anything. Got that fixed end of October.
    Then in November the alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. False alarms but it never went to the monitoring company. After weeks of trouble shooting a tech came out in December and replaced the smoke detector which cost $123. Fine. Then the end of December we couldn’t access the system from the apps to activate the system, cameras, locks etc. called and spent 3 hours trying to troubleshoot with no avail. Found out Beeyondsecurity put in an outdated panel in our house and the z wave radio couldn’t communicate. So we reached out to Beeyond and were told a tech would be sent out to replace and fix. Then our system completely crashed for two weeks.
    Dozens of phone calls to Beeyond, messages left, promised to call back never returned, No tech sent out to fix the problem. Just kept being told a senior supervisor would call us back to make arrangements. They rarely returned my calls and when the did they had no date for when the tech would be out. Since then our smoke detector continues to go off line almost daily.
    So we finally decided to cancel our contract. Again promises to rectify but still no date. A contract goes both ways we promise to pay and they promise to provide equipment and services. Yet they now say we are in breach and owe them $1150 for defaulting on the agreement. Say we will be sent to collections if we don’t pay the fee.
    Please help.

    Good morning 

    we are looking to be released from our contract with Beeyond Security and Brinks without penalty or being sent to collection. We are requesting that due to their unwillingness to deal with our repeated requests for services that we are not penalized for termination of our contract early and the outstanding fees be waived.  We feel the relationship is not save able at this point and it would be in everyone’s best interest to part ways. 
    if they would like their equipment back they can retrieve at a mutually agreed upon time.  
    we would also like to be compensated the $123 for the smoke detector that continues to not work properly.  They may have this back as well.

    I set up my ****** Security system back in August 2022 at my previous residence. Overall the set up and install went well. I was told that if I needed to move to get in touch with ******. We bought a new house November 2022 and were taking posession Dec 28, 2022. We needed to move our system over to the new house. I contacted ******/Beeyond Security a total of 8 times (online form submitted Dec 3 & 6, called Dec 9, 14, 19, 21,22 and 26) to set up an appointment to have the equipment removed from my previous address. Consistently the two companies kept sending me back and forth between the two of them to get this set up. I finally had the service completed on Dec 28th between 2-4pm. I have now been trying to call them to try and get some ************ for this terrible service or at least speak to a supervisor to provide feedback and I cannot get ahold of them. I have called a total of 9 times, left 3 messages and sent in 2 online forms for a phone call request. At this point, I would like to cancel my service as I am unable to actually get in touch with anyone when I need them.

    I signed a contract with Brinks for security, which after trying to cancel I get he run around that the company name is Beeyond group Inc.

    They have not been holding up to their end of the contract. The customer service is the ***** I have ever dealt with. The equipment keeps shorting out, the video recording never keeps anything in the system because it’s always overloaded. I was told it has unlimited amounts of memory to store.

    When trying to cancel, I can’t even do that because they tell me to call someone else every time I even get through. Then they connect me to another line, wait on hold 30-40 minutes and line goes dead or to an automated system that says not available. They also tell me over the chat line I need to pay $1000 to opt out from the contract but **** ***** ***** ** ****** ******* they don’t hold up their end. No one is calling me back to talk to me, no one answers the phone to talk to me. I want out of this contract **** **** ** * *** **** ** ****** **** ******* **** **** **** ***** ** **** **** **** ** ********

    It’s been 2.5 weeks of continuously trying to reach someone and like I said no one is reaching out. ** **** * ***

    I want out of this contract and I’m not paying. Had they held up their end of the contract and provided me the service I signed up for and was sold on this wouldn’t be an issue.
