    Purchase was made then I tried to return it .I made the purchase Jan 17,2023 evening and returned it the first thing Jan 18,2023. The young lady said to check the receipt- no returns only exchange .
    She escalated it to her manager who took three days to reply.
    Same answer - he said it was a medical device and could not be returned even though the box is sealed .It was not posted anywhere that there was no return and I said that if my partner was upset at the cost I would return it but the young lady didn’t say anything to inform me. I was stupid to be pressured into the purchase - our sale price is only for today’ - but I do think people should be aware of the no return policy .

    customer bought on promotion medical device, unfortunately we cannot make refund, as our policy no Refund, exchanges only within 14 days, that state on her receipt and we have a sign in the store . We always trying to make our customers happy and we have a lot of returning customers in our store . Because it is over 14 days and was misunderstanding we can do an exemption and to do exchange for the customer. Unfortunately we can`t do a refund.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    the manager says it is over 14 days however I contacted the business (the sales person was Leo) the next day after the purchase. She said she would get a manager to respond and a gentleman phoned me and responded 4 days later . His phone conversation was ********** and he said that it was impossible to return a medical device and no refund provided whatsoever. This response now says 14 days from another manager . This is the opposite of what was told to me previously. 
    The company is not straightforward and uses pressure *** ******** to sell- the first manager said ‘no one forced you to give us your credit card’ which is true but no one also told me it wasn’t a returnable transaction. I find this company is not following good standard business practice and reject that as it is now 14 days past I can’t return when it was the very next day I tried to return it . Seems confusing to me
