    I saw them in the Toronto home show in March of 2022. I
    In June 2022, I visited their show room picked the stone and agreed upon 30000 dollars for installation of stone veneer. We paid 1000 dollars in advance.
    Ecosol agreed to do stone veneer when the windows and doors were installed.
    In July they started their work after 2 weeks delay.
    They demanded partial payment after their product was delivered. Some were defective and the colour of accents was not the same as I saw in show room
    So I asked those to be changed which they did. I expected them to do this by themselves knowing that they should not do substandard work. Walter was very disrespe ctful and threatened to take off all stones if I complain. I rained calm and asked them to complete the work

    They said they completed and demanded full payment immediately without giving me time to inspect . I paid in full.
    After they went, the electrician found that they closed off the external wiring for calling **** and other exterior electrical fixtures
    They did not do the cut outs for electrical fixtures.
    They left gaping holes under the windows
    And above . I Could find these only from inside the house looking down the window
    These could not be seen from outside. But water seems through the holes damaging the wall.
    I called Walter and Alex from Ecosol to come and complete the work.
    I texted them and emailed them.
    There has-been no response.
    I had to pay extra to the electrician, The caulking guy and others to complete what they did not do.
    Please help resolve this issue.
