    Worst customer service ever. Wrong packages delivered. Delivery commitments not met. Calls to office to ask for updates are met with extreme attitude.

    I ordered a dishwasher from **** ***** and they use Canada Cartage. There doesn’t seem to be anyone at the Winnipeg office that answers phones or emails and they do not communicate with the end user a day prior to delivery to confirm when they are coming. With the first delivery attempt, I received a voice mail message from the driver saying he was 5 minutes away from my home. That was the first time that I heard from anyone there and I was out of town. The original delivery date was made 2 months prior and was a guess by the appliance dept due to supply chain issues. Definitely not a date to hang your hat on! The 2nd attempt (2 weeks later) was scheduled by **** ***** staff (very helpful but also unable to actually talk with anyone at the shipping company. On the morning of the 2nd alleged delivery day I spent an hour on the phone and texting ** agents. Finally one agent got through to Canada Cartage and confirmed delivery. After all that, the men doing the delivery were good at making contact and were professional.
    I would not use this carrier again based on the lack of communication by the local Winnipeg office
