    We purchased 5.8 cu.ft. Slide-In Electric Range almost 2 years ago.
    I have been desperately trying to speak with someone regarding our service request
    Our service request has been REVIEWED since Dec 13, 2023
    The Shift Supervisor told me that the Technician is on his way.
    Called the service company, but no service has been requested.
    Called Hisense AGAIN, and they said my request is under review. Nobody knows who the supervisor is who told me that the technician was on the way. Advised that my service request is under review again.
    called the Mississauga office, but nobody answers
    HISENSE should be called " REVIEWED and ESCALATED"
    Customer Service is located in Jamaica!
    we will never purchase another Hisense product EVER.
    Absolute worst quality and customer service!!!!

    Worst customer service ever… junk products…Don’t waste your time or money on this company and its products!!! Bought a tv from ******** ****. Brand new out of box and I get a flashing power light and scrolling Hisense logo, that’s it. No response from customer service as it was Friday I purchased and they don’t do anything over the weekends. ** *** *** **** **** *********** Spend your money on a product that cares about there quality of products and customer service…

    I bought a Hisense fridge from ****** about a year ago. I was assured that the water filters for these fridges were easy to obtain from many outlets in the area I live. When the water filter expired I went about looking for a replacement only to find that it is near impossible to get anywhere, so I called costumed Hisense customer support and after being placed on hold for about 20minutes the call was picked up then disconnected when I tried to speak to whoever picked up the call. I called back and after another 20mins, it was picked up again but the operator who picked up the phone sounded like they were woken up. When asked about where to purchase their product they replied that the water filters can be purchased anywhere which is untrue. When confronted I was hung up on again. ***** **** **** * **** ********* ******* ** *******

    We bought a TV 4 months ago and it has stopped working. Hisense sent a technician who confirmed that an interior component has malfunctioned and the TV is beyond repair. This has been going on for 4 weeks now and we are still without a TV.     Decided to switch brands and try the 75" Hi Sense Smart TV, worst decision ever. We do not use the TV very much, but when we do, we expect it to work. This TV probably had issues from day 1 without us realizing. After 6 months or so we started noticing the problems, as it was becoming more consistent. Some apps were downloaded on the TV, now the TV keeps shutting off and giving error messages on storage is full. Every time we have attempted to clear cache or remove apps, TV will pretty much freeze up or start acting funny and crashing, where we need to unplug the TV and plug it back in where it will work and give us the repeating problem of shutting off and saying storage is full. We have tried the Reset function on the TV, but it just shuts down when clicking reset. Hi Sense sent us an upgrade stick after I explained the problem. I ran the upgrade, when it reaches 99%, TV decides to shut off. I have ran the update many times to try and get it to work, but TV will not accept it. Hi Sense is telling me that warranty has expired and that we will have to get a repair guy in. We are not much users of this TV, and to expect this on a brand new TV with most likely a software problem from when it was in the BOX is very disappointing. It was a bit on us for not calling it in within the year for warranty, but Hi Sense should make an exception for resolving this issue as there are same issues on reddit with these type of TVs.

    Never buy Hisense TV thinking it will work with ****** home like it says in the advertisement. The sales person even told me it has built in ****** *********. I never found one. It was a mistake to buy this TV.

    Much like where I bought the TV (*******) Hisense does not stand behind their warranty. Purchased a new 75" Hisense TV that did not work out of the box. I have provided pictures and details of the unboxing etc..... both Hisense and ******* have denied any claim and have suggested that I damaged the TV myself. I asked for technicians to come to my house and show me where the damage is? No..... A technician will not come to my house. A hard $1000 lesson..... These are 2 companies that will never see another $ of my business. Buyer beware here.

    We bought a Hisense TV a year ago and the screen went black. The warranty was for one year which the TV fell into the one year warranty. Left a message on the customer service website, they contacted me within a couple of days, they asked for my receipt along with the serial numbers and directed me to a shop in our area and the TV was fixed. I was amazed at how easy the process was. Great Job!!

    After couple of months a small appliance stopped working, contacted customer service and provided all necessary information to file a claim. After several attempts they told me that a check will be mailed in couple weeks. A year goes by and no check received, called back requesting a check and they said it was never processed. Will need same information that was provided before along with pictures of the appliance. ******** ******* ** ************* *** ********** **** **** *** *** * ******* **** * ****** *****
